The product is warranted for 12 months according to the manufacturer’s regulations.
The warranty applies to products that are still within the warranty period and meet all of the following conditions:
• Failures and incidents due to technical errors of the manufacturer.
• The product’s serial number and the serial number of all internal circuit boards are intact, not erased/modified.
• The product must be intact, not dropped, broken, dented, warped, moldy, infested with chemicals/liquids or insects.
• The product has not been interfered with or had its internal structure changed by any individual or unit that is not authorized by KTV and PARKER for warranty.
Products that are not covered by the warranty:
• The product has been modified or has lost the main serial number and the serial number of the internal circuit boards.
• Products are still under warranty but are used incorrectly according to the manufacturer’s technical instructions, causing damage or are repaired or changed internally.
• Errors caused by improper use according to the manufacturer’s specifications (wrong voltage, capacity, wrong connection, etc.). Products are damaged due to user error and not the manufacturer’s fault.
• Products and accessories are still under warranty but are damaged due to mechanical impact or falling, causing deformation. Products are damaged due to humidity, corrosive chemicals, rust, liquids, or intrusion by animals or insects. Equipment and products are damaged due to natural disasters, fires, explosions, and electrical short circuits outside the product.
