Step 1: Survey the equipment, propose the most optimal replacement solution.
• Take a picture of the machine overview, take a picture of the wiring on the old equipment.
• Check the drawing of the machine.
• Check the model of the old equipment in use.
• Current status of the old equipment.
• Control function of the old equipment in the machine.
• Check the option of the old equipment.
• Measure the coil resistance, motor insulation resistance.
Step 2: Installation.
• Check and disconnect the power source to the machine.
• Redraw the signal conversion diagram between the old and new equipment.
• Connect the signal according to the conversion diagram.
• Check and measure again before supplying power.
Step 3: Test the equipment without load.
• Set parameters according to the function.
• Monitor and record current, voltage and speed parameters.
• Run without load for 30 minutes.
Step 4: Test the device with load.
• Monitor and record current, voltage and speed parameters on the work sheet.
• Run with load for 2 hours.
• Capture monitoring images on the monitoring software.
Step 5: Handover.
• After the monitoring parameters meet the standards, carry out the handover procedure with the customer (delivery sheet, work sheet, acceptance report, etc.)
• Clean and fix the control wires and power wires of the Drive, ensuring aesthetics. Reinstall the covers of the wiring boxes in the electrical cabinet, clean up the inside of the electrical cabinet, and return it to its original state.
• Clean and sanitize the work area, and return it to its original state.
