Sugarcane Crushing Machine
The sugarcane crushing machine is an essential component in the sugar manufacturing process. Once cleaned, sugarcane is fed into the crushing stage to extract juice from the stalk. These machines are typically equipped with multiple roller assemblies depending on the system’s capacity. The extracted juice is then sent to the next processing stages for crystallization into refined sugar.
Recently, Kỹ Thuật Việt successfully upgraded three drive control systems, increasing power output from 500kW to 700kW for three sugarcane crushing units, helping boost production capacity.
Factory Requirements
The original drive controllers (rated 400–500kW) could not meet the desired production output. The customer requested a capacity upgrade to increase overall performance and production efficiency.
Kỹ Thuật Việt’s Solution
To minimize investment costs, Kỹ Thuật Việt upgraded the power capacity of each system from 500kW to 700kW (2000A) using the DC598P external excitation drive controller. The upgrade was implemented on three control cabinets, each powering a sugarcane crushing unit.
