Upgrade Project for 9-Color Printing Machine – Integrating Parker AC30 Drives Into the Printing Line
A modern AC drive solution – enhancing stability, speed, and registration accuracy for industrial printing lines.
The 9-color printing machine plays a vital role in the packaging industry, requiring stable speed control and precise color-to-color registration to ensure high-quality printed products.
The Kỹ Thuật Việt engineering team upgraded the system by replacing three old drives with new Parker AC30 units, integrating them into the machine’s communication network via Profibus with the LS PLC and the machine’s CAN protocol.
This solution allows the machine to operate steadily at 200 m/min with high registration accuracy.
