1. Parker AC10 Variable Frequency Drive
The Parker AC10 Series, manufactured by Parker Hannifin (USA), is designed to meet
speed and torque control requirements for industrial motor applications.
With simple commissioning, reliable performance, and power ratings up to 400kW,
AC10 offers an optimal balance between performance and cost efficiency.
2. Plastic Extruder Machine
Plastic extruder machines are widely used in the plastics industry to form products such as
plastic pellets, pipes, sheets, and profiles.
These machines require stable torque and speed control to ensure consistent product quality.
3. Initial Machine Condition
- The machine was converted from a DC motor to a 160kW AC motor
- The existing DC590+ controller had become outdated and unreliable
