Wood peeling machines are popular equipment in the plywood manufacturing industry. Used to slice large logs of wood that have been boiled, softened and cut to fit the size of the machine into boards of the same thickness and size.
1. Components and operating process of the machine
Cutter platform: controlled by a main motor that rotates the arm so that the platform slides back and forth to slice wood.
Platform for lifting and fixing the wooden bar: The wooden bar is held in place by oil cylinders. The platform will lower so that the cutting knife slides back to slice the wood, then the platform will raise so that the sliding table slides forward. The platform will lower the distance accumulating the thickness of the wood scum after each slice of wood.

– AC30 11kW inverter controls the AC motor for the wooden clamp assembly to be raised or lowered.
– Install and write programs for HMI control and monitoring screens

– Minimum wooden panel thickness is 2.5zem
– The machine operates in accordance with the factory’s technical requirements
