🚀 Parker Drive System Upgrade for Extrusion Coating Line
Kỹ Thuật Việt has successfully completed a drive system upgrade project
for an extrusion coating line at one of the leading packaging manufacturers.
The solution integrates Parker DC590P and AC690+ drives, ensuring precise, stable,
and high-performance operation across the entire production line.
The extrusion coating line is a key system in the packaging industry, used to coat molten resin onto base films such as PP, PET, or paper,
creating laminated films with high durability and moisture resistance. The process requires extremely precise speed and synchronization control between unwinding, drawing, winding, and the main extrusion units.

🔧 Implementation Details
- Installed a Parker DC590P drive for the main extruder section, providing high torque output and smooth, stable control.
- Applied Parker AC690+ drives for all draw, unwind, and winder sections, ensuring perfect speed synchronization across the entire line.
- All drive systems were equipped with encoder feedback for real-time speed monitoring, delivering precise synchronization and minimizing process deviation.
