The packaging film extrusion line consists of several main stages:

  • Haul-off & calender units: Stretching, stabilizing film thickness and surface quality
  • Winding unit: Collecting the finished film into rolls

All these units require precise speed and torque synchronization to ensure consistent film quality, preventing wrinkles and edge deviation.
