🚀 Installation Project: 7 Parker AC690+ Drives & AC10 160kW for PP Film Extrusion Line
Kỹ Thuật Việt successfully completed the supply and installation of a full Parker drive system
for a large-scale PP film extrusion line, ensuring precision – stability – efficiency
for a factory serving both domestic and export markets.
This is a key project where the PP film production line requires high synchronization between the multiple draw units and the main extruder. The implemented solution includes 7 Parker AC690+ drives for the draw sections and a Parker AC10 160kW inverter for the main extruder, delivering optimal performance and long-term operational reliability.

🔧 Implementation Details
- Installed 7 Parker AC690+ drives to control the following key units:
- Cast Roll #1
- Cast Roll #2
- Cast Roll #3
- Guide Roll #1
- Guide Roll #2
- Drum Roll #6
- Shaft Winder
All sections are equipped with encoder feedback to ensure absolute speed accuracy and perfect synchronization during production.
- The Parker AC10 160kW inverter was applied for the main extruder, providing high torque output and stable continuous operation.
- The electrical cabinet was designed for efficient layout, easy operation, and convenient maintenance.
- The entire system meets the strict technical requirements of a modern PP film manufacturing facility serving both local and export markets.
