KTV Upgrades Parker AC20 Drive for Plastic Pipe Fitting Production Machine – Third Consecutive Deployment
Continuing our partnership, Kỹ Thuật Việt (KTV) has successfully completed another inverter upgrade for a plastic pipe fitting forming machine — marking the third consecutive project thanks to proven performance and reliability.

📌 Machine Operating Process
The machine uses a high-power plastic extruder. Hot molten plastic is extruded and the extrusion head moves into the mold to form the pipe fitting. Once shaping is completed, the extruder retracts and the product is released for the next processing stage.

⚙️ Upgrade Reasons & KTV’s Solution
After years of operation, the old drive system began to fail and could no longer provide stable machine performance. Kỹ Thuật Việt upgraded the system with a high-power Parker AC20 drive, designed for heavy-duty extrusion applications requiring high torque and continuous operation.
Our team integrated the AC20 drive directly into the machine’s existing control system, ensuring full compatibility without altering the workflow of the production line.
