
High Frequency Welded Pipe Mill Line
The High-Frequency Welded Pipe Mill Line is a specialized industrial machine used for manufacturing steel pipes from raw materials such as steel coils or steel sheets. This process involves forming, welding, and finishing to produce steel pipes of required sizes, thicknesses, and shapes.

Structure of the Pipe Mill Machine
The pipe mill machine consists of the following main components:
1. Uncoiller (Steel Coil Unwinding Unit)
- Holds and unwinds the steel coils to prepare for processing.
2. Accumulator
- The accumulator regulates and maintains the continuous production of steel pipes. It serves as a storage and supply system for the steel coils, ensuring an uninterrupted process between uncoiling and forming.
3. Forming Section
- Steel passes through rollers or shaping molds to bend and create the initial pipe shape (usually circular or square).
4. Welding Section
- The edges of the steel strip, after forming, are welded together to form a sealed pipe. This is typically done using High-Frequency Welding (HFW).
5. Sizing Section
- Shaping rollers further refine the pipe to achieve precise dimensions and shape.
6. Cutting Section
- After sizing, the pipe is cut to the required length using a Flying Shear cutting system before being transferred to the collection table.

Recently, Viet Technical has successfully installed and upgraded the pipe mill machine using Parker AC30 and AC690 inverters. The machine is now operating stably and meets the technical requirements of the factory.
