💡 Successful Installation of AC10P 315kW Drive for Plastic Film Extrusion Line
Viet Engineering has successfully completed the installation of a Parker AC10P 315kW inverter for the extrusion unit of a plastic film production line. This project required a high-power drive with precise speed control and stable operation.
The extrusion motor requires stable torque and accurate speed to ensure consistent film thickness. To achieve this, the system is integrated with encoder feedback for real-time speed control.
With the advantage of an in-stock inventory of high-power AC10 and AC30 drives (up to 450kW), we were able to deliver and install quickly without interrupting the customer’s production line.
