In a recent major project, Ky Thuat Viet successfully completed the installation and upgrade of a DC motor control system for the extrusion unit in a production line manufacturing large water pipes up to 1.2 meters in diameter. This project was carried out at a large-scale factory that required high precision and long-lasting drive systems.
The system used a high-power DC motor controller. After a thorough inspection by the KTV technical team, the power stack was found to still be in good condition, while the control board was damaged. To reduce downtime and costs, we proposed replacing only the controller with the Parker DC598 External Stack Controller.
